Our Story
Idaho Relief Heating & Cooling was founded by Mike & Sarah Thompson with a simple belief: every family deserves reliable comfort in their home without the stress of unexpected costs or unreliable service.
After Mike spent over a decade working for large HVAC corporations, he saw firsthand how customers were treated as numbers rather than neighbors. That experience sparked a mission — build an HVAC company that combines technical excellence with genuine care for the community.
Today, 15 years later, that mission drives everything we do. We’ve grown from a two-person team to a full-service HVAC company, but we’ve never lost the personal touch that makes us different.
